How to overcome the devil…only way to beat a lie is with the truth...

You got not buy his lies and by not wanting what he offers you…love the truth above all…listen to what is written in the New Testament of Christ…which is the new agreement between God and creation…

2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders…there are those who love a lie and what a powerful lie can deceive others into…

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved…

the truth that saves you is Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Jesus Christ died on the cross and was raised the third day…so you could choose right over wrong…good over evil…and his death and resurrection provided a way for all of wrongs to be forgiven and made right with God our Creator…

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness…

These people love a lie and not the truth. The only way to beat a lie is with the truth…you got to love the truth and do what is right when the truth is revealed…some people love to live a lie and share a lie instead of living in the truth of reality.

1 Corinthians 10:13-14 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man:

…in John’s Revelation…there is the hour of temptation that all of the earth will be tempted with…but Jesus gives us the choice to say no to what the devil offers you or does to you…

but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 14 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Hebrews 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them.

Jesus died and was raised so you could never do a wrong thing again and so you could choose truth over lies…right over wrong…good over evil…there is no reason to do a wrong or immoral thing…Jesus died so you could follow the truth and do what is right and His death and resurrection provide a way for all of wrong to be forgiven…so we can start over new learning the truth and doing what is right by God and our fellow man…

Will you pray with me…

Father we renounce any table that is not Your Son’s and ask to receive only from Him…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name Amen.

How to overcome the devil…
How to overcome the devil…

Can you receive the Holy Spirit any way…

Listen to some words from the New Testament of Christ as it is written…

Luke 11:13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

…When Jesus was here on earth He said the Father could give the Holy Spirit to whoever asks Him…

Acts 10:44-47 While Peter yet Spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45 And they of the circumcision (Jews)…which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles (Non-Jews…those without God) also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46 For they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God. Then answered Peter, 47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?

…Cornelius and those there were given the Holy Spirit just like Peter an Apostle but Peter having the promise found in Matt 16:19…where Jesus said to Peter…I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven…Peter already having bound baptism with the first message of salvation in Jesus name after Jesus ascension (Acts 2:37-39) with a promise…told Cornelius and them…who had the Holy Spirit to be baptized into water or they would be found unfaithful…

1 John 5:7-9 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. 8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. 9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.

…If you find Jesus’ forgiveness then you have the blood…if you receive the Holy Spirit then you have the Spirit…but there is only one way to get the water and that is through baptism…

The first message of salvation with a promise… Acts 2:37-40 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. 40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 1 Peter 3:21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

Jesus said He that believes and is baptized (water) will be saved not he who receives the Holy Spirit…Have you been baptized into water for the purpose of salvation in Christ? Yes, or no? Will you be baptized into Jesus Christ? Yes or no…If you have been baptized into Christ do you still confess your baptism? Yes or no.

Will you pray with me…

Father, we ask for the Holy Spirit and for the blood and for the water that we may be complete lacking nothing…please remove anything that hinders us from obeying the truth…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Can you receive the Holy Spirt any way...
Can you receive the Holy Spirt any way...

Want to know the truth and not believe a lie…

Listen to some words from Jesus from the New Testament Christ which is the new agreement between God and mankind which is in effect for today's time…

…Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me…

…If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free…

You have to love the truth…follow the truth and do what's right once the truth is revealed to you…and more truth will be revealed to you. You have to be faithful with the truth if you want more truth revealed to you…

….Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

...If ye love me, keep my commandments.

…the first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

Jesus of Nazareth is the truth…He is the source of all truth. Jesus of Nazareth died on the cross and was raised from the dead three days later so you would never have to choose the wrong thing again so that you would never choose an evil thing again and he died and was raised so that you could have all your wrong things be forgiven but you have to do what's right once you learn the truth. Once the truth is revealed to you…you have to obey the truth or follow the truth and do what's right…

Will you pray with me…

Father help us discern a lie so we may abide in the truth and please remove any other thing that hinders us from obeying the truth…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name Amen.
