It is wrong to want what other people have…
You are supposed to want what God has given you…not what other people have... Are you tired of spending money to impress people you don't know… tired of keeping up with the Joneses… tired of being in the rat race…then start wanting what God has already given you…Want what God will give…listen for it is written of God… that he that comes to God must believe that He exists and is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him…Heb 11:6 it is wrong to covet...
Listen to what is written in the New Testament of Jesus Christ which is the new agreement between God and mankind…
You desire and do not have so you murder you covet and cannot obtain so you fight and quarrel you do not have because you do not ask you ask and do not receive because you ask wrongly to spend it on your lust or passions… how many of us are like this joke… man ask God how long is a million years to you…God answers like one second… man ask God how much is $1,000,000 to you God answers it's like 1 penny… man ask God is God can I have a penny God answers yeah and just one second... Many of us are like the man in the joke we just want God's money to spend however we want instead of asking God how do I use what you're giving me…
For the commandments you shall not commit adultery you shall not murder you should not steal you should not covet, and any other commandment are summed up in this word you shall love your neighbor as yourself love does no wrong or ill will to a neighbor therefore love is the fulfilling of the law…
but if we have food and clothing with these, we will be content…but those who desire to be rich fall into temptation into a snare and the many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into the ruin and destruction for the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil it is through this craving some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs…
How many of us want to be like what the world and have their things… instead of what God has for me… and many of us use our money, our talents, our blessings for our own purposes, and never serve God… and how many of us are faithful wanting what God has given us and using it for his purpose…
Father help us not to covet others blessing but trust in You to create and sustain our lives by giving us our own in Jesus of Nazareth name Amen.
