Jesus taught… And he spoke a parable unto them to the end that they ought always to pray, and not to faint; 2 saying, there was in a city a judge, who feared not God, and regarded not man: 3 and there was a widow in that city; and she came oft unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. 4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; 5 yet because this widow troubles me, I will avenge her, lest she wear me out by her continual coming. 6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unrighteous judge saith. 7 And shall not God avenge his elect, that cry to him day and night, and yet he is longsuffering over them? 8 I say unto you, that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? Luk 18:1-8 ASV

…Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 2 And five of them were foolish, and five were wise. 3 For the foolish, when they took their lamps, took no oil with them: 4 but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 Now while the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6 But at midnight there is a cry, Behold, the bridegroom! Come ye forth to meet him. 7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are going out. 9 But the wise answered, saying, Peradventure there will not be enough for us and you: go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10 And while they went away to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage feast: and the door was shut. 11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. 12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. 13 Watch therefore, for ye know not the day nor the hour. Mat 25:1-13 ASV

Heaven is a place…Jesus is a person who will open the door to Heaven for you…Jesus therefore said unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that came before Me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door; by Me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture. 10 The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly. 11 I am the Good Shepherd: the Good Shepherd lays down his life for the sheep…

Act 17:24-28 ASV The God that made the world and all things therein, he, being Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 25 neither is he served by men's hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he himself giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; 26 and he made of one every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed seasons, and the bounds of their habitation; 27 that they should seek God, if haply they might feel after him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us: 28 for in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain even of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

2Th 1:7-12 ASV and to you that are afflicted rest with us, at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with the angels of his power in flaming fire, 8 rendering vengeance to them that know not God, and to them that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus: 9 who shall suffer punishment, even eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might…

You are never too bad to be good…

even he, whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 and with all deceit of unrighteousness for them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God sends them a working of error, that they should believe a lie: 12 that they all might be judged who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2Th 2:9-12 ASV …And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And He said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom thou persecute...Act 22:8 ASV

1Jn 3:8 ASV he that doeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sins from the beginning. To this end was the Son of God manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten (the only human The Creator ever Fathered) Son, that whosoever believeth on Him should not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should be saved through Him. Joh 3:16-17 ASV

Heb 5:8-10 ASV though He was a Son, yet learned obedience by the things which He suffered; 9 and having been made perfect, He became unto all them that obey him the author of eternal salvation; 10 named of God a high priest after the order of Melchizedek.

Act 4:12 ASV And in none other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved. Wherefore also God highly exalted Him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name; 10 that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Php 2:9-11 ASV

Act 2:38-39 ASV And Peter said unto them, Repent ye, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ unto the remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For to you is the promise, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call unto him. And the Lord's servant must not strive, but be gentle towards all, apt to teach, forbearing, 25 in meekness correcting them that oppose themselves; if peradventure (perhaps) God may give them repentance unto the knowledge of the truth, 26 and they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him unto his will. 2Ti 2:24-26 ASV

Father please meet our soul’s deepest needs and heal our soul’s deepest wounds…and please show us mercy and forgive the unforgiven so we may forsake all creation and serve only your Son Jesus of Nazareth…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.
