Interested in the Greatest Pearl…

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:  46  Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it. Mat 13:45-46 KJV

You ever heard good news before…such as this man Jesus describes…a merchant of the best (goodly) pearls…I have I have sought after all kinds of pearls in my life…but the greatest pearl…I have ever found was Jesus Christ of Nazareth (Acts 22:8)…with Him I got all the other pearls of life needed…

The Kingdom of Heaven…is worth more than you have.

God gives more than He takes…you cannot outgive God…this I believe…Pro 19:17 KJV  He that hath pity upon the poor lends unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will He pay him again. Jesus said in the new agreement between God and creation…The New Testament (Covenant…agreement)… Act 20:35 KJV …and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how He said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

Jesus gives you forgiveness…

Mat 9:11-13 KJV  And when the Pharisees (preachers) saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eats your Master with publicans (politicians) and sinners?  12  But when Jesus heard that, He said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.  13  But go ye and learn what that means, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Jesus gives you truth…

Joh 8:31-32 KJV  Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on Him, If ye continue in My word, then are ye My disciples indeed;  32  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free…Joh 14:6 KJV  Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.

Jesus provides for your physical and spiritual needs…

Joh 6:35 KJV  And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to Me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on Me shall never thirst… Mat 6:30-34 KJV  Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall He not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?  31  Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?  32  (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knows that ye have need of all these things.  33  But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.  34  Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Jesus also said…

Mat 11:27-30 KJV  All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knows the Son, but the Father; neither knows any man the Father, save the Son, and He to whomsoever the Son will reveal Him.  28  Come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.  29  Take My yoke (teaching of truth) upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.  30  For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light…

Jesus said…

Mat 6:5-8 KJV  And when thou prays, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.  6  But thou, when thou prays, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which sees in secret shall reward thee openly.  7  But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.  8  Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knows what things ye have need of, before ye ask Him…

Jesus said…

Mat 7:7-14 KJV  Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:  8  For every one that asks receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened.  9  Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?  10  Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?  11  If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask Him?  12  Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.  13  Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at:  14  Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Are you like the merchant man looking for greatest value you can find? This man dealt made his business to know the quality of a pearl…and Jesus uses his diligence as an example…he goes and immediately makes the pearl of greatest value his…Jesus is the greatest pearl you will find…will you be like the merchant man and act without delay and make Jesus yours by having your name written in the Lamb’s book of life? Yes or no?

Jesus after his death, burial, and resurrection…which proved Jesus is the Author of Salvation…as it is written…

Mar 16:14-20 KJV  Afterward He appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen Him after he was risen.  15  And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.  16  He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.  17  And these signs shall follow them that believe; In My name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;  18  They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.  19  So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.  20  And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

Joh 3:16-17 KJV  For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  17  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved…Act 17:30-31 KJV  And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commands all men everywhere to repent:  31  Because He hath appointed a day, in the which He will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom He hath ordained; whereof He hath given assurance unto all men, in that He hath raised Him from the dead…Heb 5:8-9 KJV  Though he were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered;  9  And being made perfect, He became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey Him…

Will you like the merchant man obey without hesitation and with diligence…Jesus? Yes or no? Will you be baptized? Yes or no? Have you been baptized and want to reconcile? Yes or no? Heb 11:6 KJV  But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

Father please reveal the Truth we need to be reconciled and taken care of by Your only Son our Only Shepherd…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Has the earth already been destroyed…

No…it has not but Jesus is coming soon…

The original promise of a New Heavens and Earth…recorded or written before AD 70…

Isa 65:17-25 KJV For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. 18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. 19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying. 20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed. 21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them. 22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands. 23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them. 24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. 25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.

Peter…inspired by the Holy Spirit…reminds Christians of this unfulfilled promise…recorded or written before AD 70

2Pe 3:10-13 KJV But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

The Original Promise of the New Covenant with Jesus…which came first…the promise of a new heavens and earth or the promise of a New Covenant? Isaiah was before Jerimiah…

Jer 31:31-34 KJV Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Jesus promise for a light and easy yoke of the Truth or His Teachings hence the New Agreement…

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light…

The Gospel of John was written after the destruction of Jerusalem as well as all his letters of inspiration including Revelation…recorded or written After AD 70…

Joh 14:6 KJV Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me… Joh 8:31-32 KJV Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free… Joh 21:24-25 KJV This is the disciple which testifies of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that His testimony is true. 25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

After the Destruction of the Old Jerusalem was the book of Revelation written…thus John’s Revelation has yet to be fulfilled in its entirety…recorded or written after AD 70…

Rev 22:10-21 KJV And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. 11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. 12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. 16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. 18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. 20 He which testifies these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. 21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

So Jesus is coming soon…recorded or written before AD 70…

2Th 1:7-10 KJV And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; 10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

Father we pray we would be prepared…watching…praying…and doing Your will when You send Jesus to judge the world…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name Amen.

Jesus will save to the uttermost...

Hebrews 7:25-26, wherefore he is able to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them. For such a high priest became us, who is Holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners and made higher than the heavens.

Jesus is all anyone will ever need. He said in John that He is the bread of life and no one that comes to Him will hunger. He says in Matthew 6 that if you seek Him and His kingdom first you will have food, clothing, or the necessities of life. In Romans we are told that nothing can separate us from the love of God, not man, not angels, not any created thing can separate us from God and His Love. Jesus told the woman at the well in John 3, that she could have asked and He would have gave her Living Water. Jesus is the all sufficient, all sustaining, all powerful, all knowing, ever present, God and Savior of mankind.

God rejoices over any sinner that repents. Jesus said that He did not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance. Jesus became a man and died on the cross in order to make a way of salvation to those that realize they are lost apart from God. Jesus said that unless you forgive then you cannot be forgiven. Jesus said unless you become like a little child then you cannot enter the kingdom of God. Jesus said unless you are born of the water and the Spirit you cannot enter into the kingdom. In Romans 8, the Holy Spirit reveals to us that Jesus intercedes for us and also that the Holy Spirit of promise intercedes for us with groaning that cannot be uttered. We have two members of All Knowing who are making intercession for us. In 2 Peter we read about Jesus providing everything you need for life and godliness. When you put Him first, we will have the physical needs met and the blood of Jesus will cleanse us from all past and present sins as we faithfully learn to walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh.

Jesus is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me and He has always been the faithful Lord that promises to never leave us or forsake us. At times in my life, I have turned my back on God and followed after the wisdom of this world, and principles that work rebellion. I have followed my imagination and voices of the world and called it Jesus. Look at Mary the mother of Jesus, she was righteous and chosen to raise the Lord, but God did not talk to her. Instead, an angel spoke to her. There are many deceiving spirits and seducing spirits out there trying to tell people their thoughts, ideas, doctrines, and teachings but the Word of God had been bound and sealed in earth and heaven and will never change. The only word we can trust is written in the New Testament. Let us continue to seek Jesus and to have a it is written vocabulary or a thus has the Lord said.

Father please remove us from the hand of any other and let us be in Your Only Son’s Holy Will…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.
