So you done someone dirty? Then go and make it clean…

Are you reconciled with fellow man and God…yes or no?

We are told to reconcile with a brother or sister whom we know we have done wrong or they could accuse of wrong…listen to what Jesus said…

If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother hath aught (reason to accuse you of wrong doing) against you, leave there your gift before the altar, and go your way, first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift...Matthew 5:23-24.

So you done someone dirty? Then go and make it clean. You stole then restore or offer a sincere apology perhaps they will forgive. Do not even go to church because your offering will not be received until you do in the eyes of God. Word to the wise…be prayful…prepare for the opportunity even if you have to make one…God will provide a way to reconcile. Remember you are in the wrong and they are the better person for forgiving and reconciling. Perhaps if they are a Christian read them this verse and say what can I do to make it right with you? The explain the circumstance to them how you want to be right with them and God.

Then after you have righted your wrongs go to church and offer your sacrifice of praise or thanksgiving and anything else you desire because you did the will of the Father. Seek forgiveness…seek restoration…be humble and kind while doing this deed of reconciliation.

And one said unto him, Behold, Your mother and Your brethren stand without, seeking to speak to thee. But He (Jesus) answered and said unto him that told Him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand towards His disciples, and said, Behold, my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father who is in heaven, He is my brother, and sister, and mother...Matthew 12:47-50.

Worry is the "dark room" in which "negatives" are developed.

We have a promise the peace of God will guard our hearts if we pray about it…

In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus...Philippians 4:6-7

We have a promise if we ask something in His will God will grant us our requests…

And this is the boldness which we have toward Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hear us: and if we know that He hear us whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of Him...1 John 5:14-15.

So pray about everything…and let the peace of God guard your heart…ask what Jesus will do and you will have a yes in prayer. A Christian who worries is like a child who will not ask his dad what should he do about the situation. We can have confidence if we ask according to what Jesus wants then we will have the answered prayer requests. So do not worry but pray about it…Jesus in the parable of the ten virgins taught His disciples to watch and pray…so watch and pray and you will have the peace of God guard your hearts and when you pray Jesus’ desires then you will have the answer to the prayer request.

No one knows when Jesus is coming in Judgement but we are told to watch and pray until He comes… Watch therefore, for ye know not the day nor the hour...Matthew 25:13…

…and to you that are afflicted rest with us, at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with the angels of his power in flaming fire, rendering vengeance to them that know not God, and to them that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus: who shall suffer punishment, even eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might...2 Thessalonians 1:7-9.

Prayer

Father help us pray the desires of Jesus Your Only Son and to seek Him first, please meet our soul’s deepest needs and heal our soul’s deepest wounds…so we may heal and learn to pray and do Your will…until You send Jesus in Judgement…In Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Wisdom has two parts…1 Having a lot to say….2 Not saying it.

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraids not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavers is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways...James 1:5-8 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction...Proverbs 1:7… For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad...2 Corinthians 5:10.

Do you use discretion when you speak…yes or no? Our words should be encouraging a life well lived. We should turn away from evil deeds and words and use ourselves as instruments of doing what is right. Is it hard to keep your mouth shut or to speak right…we can always walk away from a situation and not participate. We can all try to better the situation and not make it worse if we participate at all then let us as it is written… Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers...Ephesians 4:29.

I myself need to work on my words…I sometimes slip and cuss. I spent a long time cussing before I became a Christian and some times I still slip and do. I hope I can be encouraging and say the things needed to better a person or situation. I know we will be judged even by the idle words we say and many times wish I did not cuss when I have done so. So I am going to try to have cleaner speech…because it just does not sound right…I am a Christian but sometimes a cuss a little.

Prayer

Father please forgive me of my cussing and help me to stop using idle words…please meet my soul’s deepest needs and heal my wounds…and heal those offended by any cuss words or my behavior in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.
