We are but children in diapers before Almighty God…

In that hour came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven? And He called to him a little child, and set him in the midst of them, and said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye turn, and become as little children, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receives Me: but whosoever shall cause one of these little ones that believe on me to stumble (sin), it is profitable for him that a great millstone should be hanged about his neck, and that he should be sunk in the depth of the sea...Matthew 18:1-6.

These are Jesus Apostles today, which He told unless you become like a little child you cannot enter into the kingdom of Heaven. We have to depend on God…and really compared to God we are but infants in diapers with out behavior stinking to high heaven. A Child had needs he does not know about…a child is easily lead astray…we have to remember the devil is a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. God resists the proud but give favor to the humble. The devil will counterfeit God and try to mislead you. We have to be careful and have a thus it is written vocabulary. When is the last time you ran down the Ten Commandments to see if you measure up?

When God ordains He sustains…

Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus...Philippians 2:4-5. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you...James 4:7. …The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these...Mark 12:29-31.

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit Himself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And He that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because He maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called: and whom He called, them He also justified: and whom He justified, them He also glorified...Romans 8:26-30. And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit...Ephesians 5:18. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God...Romans 12:2.

Those of us who have been baptized into Christ have the Holy Spirit who prays for us with groanings which cannot be heard. Praying the will of God in our lives. Praying we have the mind of Christ and we serve others and stay faithful. We are to look on the things of others and be filled with the Spirit. May God help us discern His will from the world so we can be faithful.

Prayer

Father please meet our deepest needs and heal us from our infirmities in the faith and physically…please fill us with the Holy Spirit in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Continue walking with and in Christ…

As therefore you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and builded up in Him, and established in your faith, even as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving. Take heed lest there shall be any one that maketh spoil of you through his philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ: for in Him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily...Colossians 2:6-9…and through Him to reconcile all things unto Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things upon the earth, or things in the heavens. And you, being in time past alienated and enemies in your mind in your evil works, yet now has He reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy and without blemish and unreproveable before Him: if so be that ye continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which was preached in all creation under heaven…Colossians 1:20-23. in whom you were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ; having been buried with Him in baptism, wherein you were also raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead...Colossians 2:11-12

You have heard the good news of Jesus the Christ dying on the cross and being raised from the dead. You have been walking according to the royal law of loving your neighbor as yourself. You have been baptized and buried with Jesus in order to be raised unto eternal life with God. So Continue walking with Jesus and learn and practice the truth. Jesus said the truth will set us free and he that believes and is baptized shall be saved. So do not lose your faith or your walking in faith with Jesus but continue to grow and learn the truth.

Prayer

Father please meet our need for the truth and heal us of our infirmities. Deliver us from the kingdom of darkness and keep us in the light of Your kingdom and please meet our soul’s deepest needs so we may prosper in the truth and Your kingdom to which there is no end…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.
