Many are blessed by Jesus and consider Him Lord but many do not obey Jesus…

And one said unto him, Lord, are they few that are saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in by the narrow door: for many, I say unto you, shall seek to enter in, and shall not be able. When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, open to us; and he shall answer and say to you, I know you not whence ye are; then shall ye begin to say, We did eat and drink in thy presence, and thou didst teach in our streets; and he shall say, I tell you, I know not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. There shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and yourselves cast forth without. And they shall come from the east and west, and from the north and south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God. And behold, there are last who shall be first, and there are first who shall be last.

...Luke 13:23-30.

God is so good He blesses even the evil with rain, but how many evil people actually render true obedience from the heart? How many of our religious neighbors say Jesus is God’s only Son yet live as people in need of forgiveness because they have not fully surrendered to Jesus. Perhaps they have not been baptized and do not understand Jesus grace covers their sin because they remain obedient to Jesus. My best has to be covered in grace from Jesus to be accepted by the Father. I do make mistakes and sin but it is not a lifestyle of sin. Many of our religious neighbors have a lifestyle of sin and think they are saved because they have been blessed by the God of Gods…I hope they realize where they stand before the door is shut and they are cast into the outer darkness.

Prayer

Father please reveal the truth to us where we have went wrong and are not right with You and please grant us repentance where needed so we can change and overcome our bad habits or even a lifestyle that does not honor You…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

We have the victory over this world even our faith…

But thanks be unto God, who always leadeth us in triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest through us the savor of his knowledge in every place...2 Corinthians 2:14.

And I heard a great voice in heaven, saying, Now is come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, who accuseth them before our God day and night. And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony; and they loved not their life even unto death...Revelation 12:10-11.

For whatsoever is begotten of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that hath overcome the world, even our faith. And who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God...1 John 5:4-5?

God can do anything but fail…when your problems are adopted by God they get solved. Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords. When we come into the family of God we are adopted and considered His. His to lead as a good shepherd. He give us good counsel. His to take care of. Are you adopted into the fold of God. Those of us who have been baptized and remain faithful to Jesus even through death are in the kingdom of God and will overcome this world and its temptations. We have the victory even our faith and what can death do to us but send us home to be with Jesus?

Prayer

Father help us to not to love our lives unto death but to but full confidence and trust in Jesus either we live our die and please meet our soul’s deepest needs in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

I know Jesus but I cuss a little…

Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life. Put away from thee a wayward mouth, And perverse lips put far from thee. Let thine eyes look right on, And let thine eyelids look straight before thee. Make level the path of thy feet, And let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: Remove thy foot from evil...Proverbs 4:23-27. Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time. Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer each one...Colossians 4:5-6…in all things showing thyself an ensample of good works; in thy doctrine showing uncorruptness, gravity, sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of us...Titus 2:7-8.

I heard it said if you hit your hand with a hammer then thank God for the hammer…working in maintenance I confess I say a few little cuss words and am trying to get a handle on it. I do not lie or blaspheme but I do sometimes cuss a little usually when a machine breaks or something goes wrong. Hopeful I will again get this under control and be able to not cuss and have my speech without reproach.

Prayer

Father please give me words seasoned with grace coming out of my mouth and no offensive language to those who would be Christian or offended by them…please meet my soul’s deepest needs and heal my mind heart spirit and strength…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.
