Do you want to go to heaven or hell…

Heaven is a place and you will never get there unless you decide to go. You have to make yourself ready to go to heaven…you have to be prepared. If you continue to live your life however you see fit then you will certainly go to hell. There is good news a man name Jesus the Christ died on the cross and was raised from the dead so you could be forgiven and get prepared to enter into Heaven. Jesus is the only Son of our Creator…there is no other man that has been the Only Son of our Creator…He died on a cross and was raised from the dead so you could never choose evil again and empowers us to overcome the evil we face.

The path to Heaven is filled with good deeds and the pathway to hell is filled with good intentions. Do you do what Jesus said…or do you intend to one day? Do you want to be adopted into the Kingdom of God…yes or no?

Listen to what Jesus told a man named Nicodemus…

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind blows where it lists, and thou hear the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it comes, and whither it goes: so is every one that is born of the Spirit...John 3:3-8

Have you been born of the water and the Spirit…yes or no? If no then you are not prepared and need to listen to the message Peter spoke through inspiration of the Holy Spirit of how to become born of the water and the Spirit…

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation...Acts 2:38-40.

Have you been born of the water and the Spirit like Peter told those in Jerusalem…yes or no?

Will you be baptized…yes or no? Jesus said, “He that believes and is baptized will be saved” Mark 16:16. Do you still confess Jesus and that you have been baptized…yes or no?

Jesus prescription for forgiveness…

Moreover if thy brother shall trespass (sin) against thee, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone: if he shall hear you, you hast gained your brother. But if he will not hear you, then take with you one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto you as a heathen man and a publican…

…Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask (concerning the reconciliation achieved) it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of (Jesus Judgement for forgiveness will be the result) them...Matthew 18:15-20.

Here we have Jesus’ way we must find forgiveness…

The first step is to tell the brother you done me wrong…if he asks how he can make it right or if he asks for forgiveness then reconciliation has been achieved. How many people go around offended and never let someone know they have been trespassed against or think they know they did me wrong and never tell the person what they have done.

The Second step…

Go find two or three witnesses that truth may be established…I would get someone they respect like their mom or dad or child…then repeat the matter. If he says sorry or forgive me or his the 5 dollars I stole…how can I make it right…then forgiveness has been achieved and the process ends. How many people do not consider what it will take for a hard heart to offer repentance so that reconciliation can be achieved.

The third step…

is to establish the matter in front of the church…so other Christians can avoid a person who will not do right. Jesus is there in midst trying to reconcile the matter and you are using the best method known. When reconciliation has been achieved then Jesus will move Heaven and earth to accomplish it.

For example say George stole 100 dollars but cannot repay…I need the 100 dollars to pay rent…He says I cannot give you the money back on the first attempt. When I carry two or three people with me and they find out he admitted to stealing but cannot repay…one of them or all of them will help come up with the 100 dollars for my rent…or say it goes beyond step two and in front of the church the matter is repeated…perhaps the church will give the 100 dollars needed which was stolen to pay my rent…Jesus will see it through until forgiveness and reconciliation is achieved or until the hard hearted person will be marked as a person that will not repent and obey the teachings of Jesus…and the church then will meet the needy Christian’s need. What ever the outcome Jesus will move heaven and earth to reconcile two Christians…where one has sinned against the other.

Prayer

Father help us apply the prescription remedy and cure for forgiveness and reconciliation…and help us be faithful and not sin against other Christians…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Peter’s Keys…opened the church and have already been used.

He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona (Son of Jona): for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven...Matthew 16:15-19.

Peter was the first to open the doors of the church to the Jews and Gentiles by inspired preaching…

Peter received a promise from Jesus for being the first disciple to confess that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God. The promise is the Keys to the Church. When did Peter open up the doors of the Church…on the day of Pentecost to the Jews in Acts 2…in Jerusalem. Peter also was the one who open the doors of the Church to Cornelius in Acts 10. In fact Cornelius was told to send for Peter and Peter would tell him what to do. So we have Peter using the keys to open the church by speaking a message of salvation to both the unbelieving Gentiles who had become believers and to the unbelieving Jews in Jerusalem who became convinced through the inspired message from Peter’s preaching.

The doors to the church are open and anyone can change and become a disciple of Jesus Christ…they can be adopted by Jesus and become one of God’s children. Do you want to have Jesus as your shepherd as your dad looking over and managing your affairs…I do. DO you believe Jesus died on the cross and was raised from the dead and have you been baptized like Peter commanded…yes or no?

For It is written… Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call...Acts 2:36-39.

If obey the same message then you will receive the same promise because the promise is to any who the Lord our God shall call…have you answered the call by doing the same thing…by repenting (surrendering all to Jesus in obedience to the truth from Him) and being baptized…yes or no. Will you be baptized for the remission of your sins…yes or no?
