I repented and won through Jesus Christ the victory over this world…

Jesus the Advocate…the Lawyer for your soul...

For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith...1 John 5:4.

My little children, these things write I unto you, that you sin not. And if any man sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: And he is the propitiation (forever atoning sacrifice) for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He that saith, I know Him, and keeps not His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in Him...1 John 2:1-4.

The Judgement

So…picture a court scene…the accuser begins the accusations…satan…He has broken several of the Commandments…to the Judge…our Creator the Father. He begins by stating everything you have done accurately to the court and Judge. He has stolen…He has lied…He has blasphemed Your Honorable name…He has coveted…etc… the longer the accuser talks the more your head hangs down in shame... because you are guilty. When he is done accusing you…you know you deserve just punishment and hell will be your forever home…but then your Advocate…your Lawyer… Jesus Christ stands up to defend His…He speaks up to the court…and the Judge and begins to say…these accusations should not be punished Father because I have already atoned for these crimes against this court…Father please see Ben (or your name) as Me before you make your judgment. We have already made amends and there is no punishment needed…for even I have laid down my life as a just punishment for this man’s sins and therefore there is no punishment deserved…then the Father bangs the gavel and says not guilty of punishment…you are free.

Encouragement to make Jesus your advocate…

Have you won the victory? Have you made Jesus the Advocate (lawyer) with our Father…yes or no? I have the day I was baptized and died to myself and was washed and born of God and began living a life for God. Have you been baptized and clothed with Jesus Christ…yes or no?

For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ...Galatians 3:27.

After you are baptized…God sees Jesus’ work on the cross and His Righteousness not you…so that you are seen as Jesus and sinless although we are learning not to sin…and to become Holy like God, yet because we are but children in diapers does God tolerate and hate our sins until we learn or are taught not to do them again until Jesus comes back to judge the world.

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus...Romans 3:24-26.

A simple test to see if you despise/hate God or love/hold to God…

Simple Test

No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one (Jesus), and love the other (world); or else he will hold to one (Jesus), and despise the other (world). You cannot serve God and mammon (this world)...Matthew 6:24.

Who do you do it for? Love your neighbor as yourself…

  1. Do you despise the lust of the flesh…Do you hate the lust of the flesh…or do you gratify the lust of the flesh by holding to it or loving the flesh more than God?

  2. Do you despise the lust of the eyes…Do you hate the lust of the eyes…or do you satisfy the lusts of your eyes…Do you hold to the lust of the eyes more than God…thinking you are blessed with what you see or Do you love the lust of the eyes thinking you are blessed because you have what your eyes see?

  3. Do you despise yourself…Do you hate yourself…or do you put yourself second and your brothers third and your neighbors fourth? Or Do you put self-last and sacrifice to serve God? Do you love your neighbor or do you love yourself… Do you despise having to help your neighbor or do you rejoice in God is using you to be an avenue of grace towards your neighbor? Are you sharing what God has given you or do you charge for God’s will to be done?

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the vainglory (the self-glory) of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passes away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abides forever...1 John 2:15-17…

…Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled...Matthew 5:6...

…Owe no man anything, save to love one another: for he that loveth his neighbor hath fulfilled the law. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not covet, and if there be any other commandment, it is summed up in this word, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbor: love therefore is the fulfilment of the law...Romans 13:8-10…

…For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil: which some reaching after have been led astray from the faith, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness...1 Timothy 6:10-11.

Prayer

Father please forgive and convert me from the love of the world…or holding on to the world…that I may learn to put You first and serve You and be blessed…please change my heart and mind and direction so that I may be fit for heaven my home…I truly have nothing but You…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Have you ever stolen something given or belongs to another soul…yes or no?

By stealing another’s blessing or possession, you are making yourself in your own imaginations image. You are taking that which God has given to another and this is also coveting…wanting what God has not given you. So when you steal you are committing two sins. Where coveting is the heart or the beginning of stealing…you want what is not yours…and stealing is the action of taking it…either it be by power…or circumstance…or just simply taking it with your hands. Stealing is wrong and will send you to hell. Coveting is wrong and will send you to hell. It takes both to steal or do you lie…because you covet…so you can trick someone into giving and thus have broken 3 commandments in order to steal that which you desire? Do you say false statements in order to obtain…this too is a form of coveting and thus stealing. Any sin will send you to hell…telling false statements…through wanting what they have…wanting what they have…or even the act of stealing will send you to hell. May all that you have stolen be made useless or be restored to one who you stole it from…perhaps ask for mercy so you will be saved…and you both be blessed…one for forgiving and one for repenting.

It is written…

…Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have whereof to give to him that hath need...Ephesians 4:28.

Love worketh no ill to his neighbor: love therefore is the fulfilment of the law...Romans 13:8-10.

If what they have is then in a positive manner…and you desire to be like Jesus then why not ask Jesus to be like Him. Did not Jesus say as

It is written…

…Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: for every one that asks receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, who, if his son shall ask him for a loaf, will give him a stone; or if he shall ask for a fish, will give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father who is in heaven give good things to them that ask Him...Matthew 7:7-11.

Prayer

Father please create us whatever it is we need so we will not covet after the ungodly and so we will not have to steal in order to eat or to obtain the necessities of life…You promise enough and we ask for enough…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.
