The truth will set you free…

Promise divine which never can fail…

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed; And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free...John 8:31-32

The truth will set you free from the lie you do not need Jesus, that stealing is not sin, that bearing false witness is not sin, that coveting is not sin, that adultery is not sin, that not honoring your dad or mom is not sin, that murder is not sin, that blaspheming is not sin, or idolatry is not sin…that you do not need Jesus…to have other gods…that not loving your neighbor is not a sin.

Jesus is the Truth which sets us free from evil…

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me...John 14:6.

Jesus died on the cross and was raised from the dead so you and I could be free to practice all the good God intended us to fulfill our plan and purpose. You do not have to lie…steal…murder…covet…commit adultery…blaspheme…ignore your mom and dad’s needs…commit idolatry…have other sources (gods)…you can live your life and love your neighbor as yourself and be blessed for it. You do not have to out scheme your neighbor you can be free to love your neighbor because Jesus died and was raised from the dead.

Jesus died and was raised so Christians are free to love God and our neighbor…

Owe no man anything, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law...Romans 13:8-10.

Have you fulfilled the Law by loving God and your neighbor as yourself…yes or no?

Prayer

Father please forgive us for not loving You or our neighbors as ourselves and help us to begin to love…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

A test…are you self righteous…

And he spake also this parable unto certain who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and set all others at nought (nothing):

…Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee (preacher), and the other a publican (government employee…politician).

The actions of the Pharisee…the preacher…

The Pharisee stood and prayed thus (this way) with himself, God,…I thank thee, that I am not as the rest of men, extortioners (those which require service through forcible or political means), unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican (a traitor to Jews…a roman employee).

(Listen to his resume)…I fast twice in the week; I give tithes (a tenth) of all that I get.

The actions of the Jewish publican…

…But the publican (a Jew which could only feed himself by being a roman government employee), standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote his breast, saying,

(The publican’s resume)…God, be thou merciful to me a sinner (traitor).

I say unto you, This man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalts himself shall be humbled; but he that humbles himself shall be exalted.

Jesus teaching in the same setting of how a child should receive the Kingdom of God…

…And they were bringing unto him (Jesus) also their babes, that he (Jesus) should touch them: but when the disciples saw it, they rebuked (forbade) them. But Jesus called them unto him, saying,

…Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for to such belongs the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall in no wise enter therein...Luke 18:9-17.

Do you seek position with man or do you seek God’s service…

Are the self-righteous…thinking your past resume will get you into Heaven Or are you a sinner who needs to be taught how not to sin and is looking for forgiveness?

The self-righteous was thinking his works was all he needed…he was not seeking God or forgiveness but believed he had already won the entrance into Heaven…he was not asking God to meet his needs spiritually but was “reminding” God how much he sacrificed for God’s service. Whereas the publican…knew he needed God or else he would not make it…notice the text said…the Pharisee prayed with himself…he was so full of self, God would not entertain his prayer…the publican was just the opposite he came to the temple to seek God and to learn better.

Jesus said to his disciples in the same setting to receive the kingdom of God like a child…going daddy bless me I know not what is good for me…this was the intentions of the parents…humble opinion…like saying please bless them.

Do you seek God like a child…looking to God to learn and be forgiven…yes or no?

Prayer

Father please bless us so we not offend You in word or deed…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Satan, tells the first lie recorded: when he deceives and tempts man and woman in the garden of Eden, on earth. Do you like to hear a lie? I know I don’t because you can never trust them. Satan told the first lie, 1/3 of the angels decided to participate in the lie by following satan. They were cast out of Heaven being punished for participating in the lie. When was the last time you had to choose sides over a lie you heard for the first time? Satan told the first lie, and angels rebelled with him, instead of abiding in the truth. God Almighty, cast them all out of Heaven.

Jesus then being the Author of salvation (Heb 5:9), offered up a plan to reconcile the family unit, God the Father of Mercies, said Let us make man in our image. In the beginning, God had already planned for the reconciliation of God and Creation through the Mediator of a New Agreement called the New Testament of Jesus Christ. God, who calls Himself: Jesus of Nazareth (Acts 22:7-8). Jesus being the Author of Salvation, became a man child and was born of a virgin, named Mary. Our Creator supplied the man part of the equation, through a miracle of the Holy Spirit. Mary, the virgin supplied then the rest of the DNA according to the Law of Child bearing, or the human egg. For in the beginning, He made them male and female. Jesus was born under the Law of the knowledge of good and evil taught to us by Jewish nation Israel, the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Jesus was born a Jew and never violated the Old Testament Laws and Ordinances. Jesus never violated the intentions of the Law nor the Letter of the Law, but was the perfection of God in Human Form. The very words and intentions of God, made known and walking around in the flesh. Jesus remained perfect and sinless and was a Jew, under the Jewish Law.

The Old Testament, or old agreement between God and mankind, made one Holy if obeyed perfectly. Jesus, being the only Fathered of our Creator, was made perfect and did not see corruption, and remained sinless. Jesus was the only flesh, who met the Holy Standard of God’s Perfection. Jesus, being the Author of Salvation remain sinless and offered to lay down His life, as a substitute for our punishment as a sinner, and being scourged and nailed to a cross called a tree, died as a ransom for all who have done a wrong thing or sinned, as the Bible calls it. He was resurrected three days later, then later ascended into Heaven where He reigns.

Jesus died to make a way, to never choose to do a wrong thing, or do evil. Jesus makes a way for all the bad things we done to be forgiven and reconciled to our Creator. Jesus died and was raised from the dead three days later, to prove He can offer you eternal life and peace with God. Do you want to go to the good place when you die? It is called Heaven and if you never decide to go to heaven, then how will you make it? Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people, you do not accidently end up in Heaven.

Jesus of Nazareth said, Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Jesus said: satan is the father of lies, therefore he told the first lie. Satan does not abide in truth but relies on his own conclusions, deductions, and imagination. He believes his own lies and has power to deceive others. Jesus, in contrast, Is the Truth and will never lie to you. Jesus said, Joh 8:31-32, Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, if ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; (32) And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Do you want to be free from the lies told to you about eternal life after death? Do you want to go to heaven and be saved from evil and torment? Jesus of Nazareth, died on a cross called a tree and was buried dead, and then resurrected on the third day, to prove He has power over life and death and satan. Jesus of Nazareth is the God of gods, and the King of kings, and the Lord of lords. Jesus died for you to show there is nothing a Holy God would not do to reconcile you to Himself, if you abide in the Truth. Wouldn’t life be great if we never heard a lie? Jesus only expects you to walk in truth and spirit, Jesus will never ask you to do a wrong thing, and it is written in Joh 6:35: And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. If you turn from doing wrong things and turn to Jesus, then He will show you how to be right with your neighbors and with your Creator. Have you ever asked the author of Salvation to write you a plan of redemption, reconciliation, and salvation? Yes or No? Do you know you have a plan and purpose?

Do you believe in Jesus of Nazareth? Yes or No.

Jesus of Nazareth will never ask you to do a wrong thing and made a way so you can practice the truth and be right with God and your fellow man. Jesus says, whoever hungers and thirst after being right, will be filled. If you want to know how to live your life, right then Jesus of Nazareth will lead you in the truth and the truth will set you free from the ignorance and lies found in the world. Will you read the New Testament of Jesus Christ? Jesus said, as it is written in Mat 11:28-30, Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (29) Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. (30) For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Do you want a light and easy yoke and rest for your soul? Will you agree to learn about Jesus and take His yoke? So, you can find rest for your soul? Yes or No.

Jesus of Nazareth said, He that believes and is baptized will be saved but he that does not believe (he died so we do not have to choose evil or do a wrong thing), will be damned. Mark 16:16

Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Will you be baptized into Christ? Yes or No?

Do you still believe in your baptism? Yes or no.

Please confirm these truths with Jesus of Nazareth and leave any comments or questions below:

Father please remove anything hindering us from obeying the truth so we can learn to be right with you and others, please meet our soul’s deepest needs, in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.
