How are you living…righteous...

There are six things which Jehovah hates; Yea, seven which are an abomination unto Him: Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, And hands that shed innocent blood; A heart that devises wicked purposes, Feet that are swift in running to mischief, A false witness that utters lies, And he that soweth discord among brethren...Proverbs 6:16-19.

But you are an elect race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that you may show forth the excellencies of Him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light: who in time past were no people, but now are the people of God: who had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy...1 Peter 2:9-10.

For the grace of God hath appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us, to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present world; looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ; who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a people for his own possession, zealous of good works...Titus 2:11-14.

As we practice living out the great commandments… to love God with all your heart, mind, soul, spirit, and strength and to love your neighbor as yourself (Mark 12:29-31)…let us do so in the spirit of Christ. Would you want the same judgement you placed on someone else? We are to be the light which reproves the darkness making others consider becoming a follower of Jesus. We are chosen priesthood let us be zealous for doing right and practicing what is true. For God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and sound mind.

Prayer

Father help us make sound judgements and grant us repentance we renounce satan and sin and ask You to meet our soul’s deepest needs in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Do your best and then sleep in peace. God is Awake.

Do not forget to watch and pray…

And being asked by the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God cometh, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: neither shall they say, Lo, here! or, There! for lo, the kingdom of God is within you...Luke 17:20-21. But of that day or that hour knows no one, not even the angels in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. It is as when a man, sojourning in another country, having left his house, and given authority to his servants, to each one his work, commanded also the porter to watch. Watch therefore: for ye know not when the lord of the house cometh, whether at even, or at midnight, or at cockcrowing, or in the morning; lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch...Mark 13:32-37. pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus to you-ward...1 Thessalonians 5:17-18.

Jesus taught to watch and pray…what are we watching for His coming and the things we can do to facilitate His coming by making ourselves ready and prepared for the end to come. When you read John’s Revelation which church do you fall into? Jesus said the kingdom is given to us and we are to do our jobs or fulfill our plan and purpose. Like a business man that gives authority to those He left in charge…to fulfill their purpose. We cannot lose our purpose of preserving the faithful and making disciples or we will be found wanting like the virgins with no oil. Do you expect Jesus final coming to be in your life or are you like those who scoff saying He has already came?

Jesus died on the cross and was raised from the dead so we could be forgiven and choose right over wrong. You know there is really only one repentance…once you change and repent you will always be living out this change in life deeds. Jesus wants us to be righteous and not sinful but will teach and guide us to be righteous as we continue in becoming like Him. Do you want rest for your soul…then listen to what Jesus said… Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light...Matthew 11:28-30. Jesus will come into your life with the truth but our parts is to practice the truth He reveals to us. Do you agree to read the New Testament of Christ in order to learn Jesus teachings revealed to us through the Apostles and the Holy Spirit who spoke through chosen men…yes or no? If you do you find rest for a weary soul.

Prayer

Father please meet our soul’s deepest needs and heal our soul’s deepest wounds…please grant us repentance from sin and satan we renounce any other please send Jesus, in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

One deed of repentance and the one thief on the cross was saved.

The scene of the cross…

And when they had crucified Him, they parted His garments among them, casting lots; and they sat and watched Him there. And they set up over His head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS. Then are there crucified with Him two robbers, one on the right hand and one on the left. And they that passed by railed on Him, wagging their heads, and saying, you that destroys the temple, and builds it in three days, save Yourself: if You are the Son of God, come down from the cross. In like manner also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said, He saved others; Himself He cannot save. He is the King of Israel; let Him now come down from the cross, and we will believe on Him. He trusts on God; let Him deliver Him now, if he desires Him: for He said, I am the Son of God. And the ROBBERS also that were crucified with Him cast upon him the same reproach...Matthew 27:35-44.

And the soldiers also mocked Him, coming to Him, offering him vinegar, and saying, If You are the King of the Jews, save Yourself. And there was also a superscription over Him, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS. And one of the malefactors that were hanged railed on Him, saying, Are not you the Christ? save Yourself and us. But the other answered, and rebuking Him said, Dost you not even fear God, seeing you are in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. And he said, Jesus, remember me when you come in thy kingdom. And He said unto him, Verily I say unto you, To-day shalt you be with Me in Paradise...Luke 23:36-43.

What was Jesus of Nazareth’s message, when he was here on earth before He was delivered unto the death of the cross?

Mat 4:17, “From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

It is written the robbers plural reproached Jesus…then one of them stopped the madness by repenting and speaking up and gained an entrance into Heaven through one death bed deed of repentance. Have you any deeds of repentance like the thief on the cross? One deed of repentance in faithful obedience to Jesus message repent for the kingdom of God is at hand saved a thief condemned to die.

Prayer

Father please grant us repentance where needed so we can change and be like You, please meet our soul’s deepest needs so we can overcome the temptations of today…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.
