Do you confess Jesus came in the flesh…died on a cross and was raised from the dead…yes or no?

Peter confessed the truth for it is written…He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God...Matthew 16:15-16.

Do you believe Jesus was died on the cross and was raised from the dead…yes or no? If you do not believe Jesus came in the flesh (that He was here and died and was raised from the dead) then this makes you of the spirit of the anti-Christ. If you say He was a prophet then are you also saying He died and was raised from the dead too…yes or no?

For it is written…For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist...2 John 1:7. Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confess that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof you have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. You are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them...1 John 4:1-5

Jesus is the only way to have eternal life and not eternal destruction…Jesus is the only way out of Hell…through His sacrifice of His life being scourged…dying on the cross…and being raised from the dead…after which He is now seated on the right hand of the Father until His enemies are made His footstool. Do you want to be punished with everlasting fire…yes or no? I do not want to be forever burned and never consumed in eternal destruction. I fear God and His punishment…therefore I try to keep the commandments of God…which are not heavy burdens but is simply Loving God.

It is written…And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: And you shalt love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, You shalt love your neighbor as yourself. There is none other commandment greater than these...Mark 12:29-31. If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself, ye do well...James 2:8 Is not God our neighbor as well…yes or no?

Prayer

Father we renounce anything that is not You and Your only Son which came in the flesh and died for our sins and we are thankful He was raised from the dead so we can learn to keep your commandments In Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Jesus is the light of men…the light you need in a dark world…

No man, when he hath lighted a candle, puts it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light. The light of the body is the eye: therefore when your eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when your eye is evil, your body also is full of darkness. Take heed therefore that the light which is in you be not darkness. If your whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle does give you light...Luke 11:33-36

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me...John 14:6 All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not...John 1:3-5. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light...Ephesians 5:13.

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil...1 Thessalonians 5:21-22.

What would Jesus do or better yet…what did Jesus do can we do the same? Jesus is the Creator’s only Fathered Son and nothing that was made was made without Him. Jesus is the good the light in men. We must discern the difference between light and darkness. Jesus said if your eye be evil or darkness then you will be full of darkness or walking in darkness. I do not want to walk in darkness. Do you?

Jesus is the Truth the Life and the Light…when we have Jesus in our life, we are able to reprove the works of darkness. For those who have been baptized into Christ Jesus is the light in us and we can then cast out darkness by the light in us. When someone at work say it is ok to be homosexual we can say no it is not. That is what reprove means we share the truth from Jesus and make them reprove their teaching or beliefs. We should never get our advice from a non-Christian. Do you go to the Hindu’s Muslims, or any other source for advice…if so then stop and then let Jesus be your only source of truth for He is the whole truth. We have a promise the truth will never leave us so let us hold fast the truth. For the truth's sake, which dwelleth in us, and shall be with us for ever...2 John 1:2. We will always have the truth if you put the truth first in your life.

Prayer

Father please meet our soul’s deepest needs for the Truth and so we can have eternal life with you and know the way which leads to heaven…we renounce darkness in all forms and accept Jesus as our source…In Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Is it a sin to drink wine…yes or no?

And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand: Not that which goes into the mouth defiles a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defiles a man.

…Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying? But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up…

…Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable. And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?

…Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever enters in at the mouth goes into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashed hands defiles not a man...Matthew 15:10-20.

Jesus said…not that which goes into the mouth defiles a person but that which comes out. We can eat or drink anything and it be ok with God. If you drink wine then do not drink to excess. We can eat or drink anything and not be defiled. We are told to receive everything with thanksgiving be thankful and enjoy but we are also told not to be filled with drunkenness. So have a cup but do not drink the bottle. Jesus drank wine we can too. Many choose not to because they have no self-control and drink until drunk. Their way of moderation is to never drink…but suppose you are in a country where wine, not grape juice is on the menu for the Lord’s Supper…it is not a sin. Jesus said it is the actions or fruit of your heart which makes you sin or defiles you. When you drink with the purpose of getting drunk this heart attitude will make you drunk and sin. So do not drink to excess if you drink at all.

Jesus said…But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are the things which defile a man…A man can be in excess (drunk) on lust, sex, porn, money, power, lies, etc… Let us use these things in the service of God and not to be like the world. We are told to be filled with the Holy Spirit…And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit...Ephesians 5:18

Prayer

Father please meet our soul’s deepest needs and heal our drunkenness of this world help us be drunk on the Holy Spirit as it is written…for we know we can be in excess of anything…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.
